A large fire has destroyed a barn in Newstead.
According to firefighters, crews were called to the scene on Buckwheat Road around 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Fire officials say the barn was not in use and no one was injured.
The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental.
Damages are estimated to be $50,000.
