Firefighters are always serving the community, but tomorrow, Lancaster firefighters are taking their serving skills to the restaurant world.
Men and women from the Lancaster Fire Department will be serving dinner at the Applebee's on Transit Road in Depew Tuesday from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. The uniformed firefighters be greeting customers, serving drinks, cleaning tables, and delivering food to customers. All of their tips will support the Lancaster Fire Department.
The event is part of Applebee's "Tip-A-Firefighter" fundraiser.
