Spring has sprung in Buffalo and with it comes the earliest opening day of Food Truck Tuesdays.
Every Tuesday, Larkin Square transforms, as dozens of food trucks and thousands of hungry people converge.
“We call it Buffalo's biggest dinner party,” said Leslie Zemsky the director of fun at Larkin Square.
With so much success, Food Truck Tuesdays have become too crowded for a few people. Zemsky believes spreading the event out to nearby restaurants will help the congestion as well as free parking along Exchange Street. Parking in the ramp near Larkin Square costs $5.
Food Truck Tuesdays last from 5-8 every Tuesday until October 3rd.
