Fredonia Police are investigating a suspicious situation at Walmart that has been occurring over the past several weeks.
On August 19, Police say a woman was in Walmart with her two children when she was followed around the store by an adult male suspect. The suspect eventually left the area and the woman reported the incident to police.
On August 22, a woman reported to police that on August 8, she and her child were followed around the story by an adult male. The woman told a Walmart employee and the suspect then left the area.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office took a report on August 21 from a woman regarding a similar incident that happened on August 11 at TJ Maxx. The woman took a picture of the suspect but police are not releasing the picture at this time.
According to police, the male suspect has been identified and is the same suspect from all three incidents.
Fredonia Police are working with Walmart on the case and asks anyone with information to call the department at 679-1531.
