Self defense is a skill many need, but little have.
That's why Training Edge in Williamsville is stepping in.
Training Edge is offering a free class to all women Friday, July 20 from 7-8 p.m. at 8200 Main Street in Williamsville.
Owner Steve Spoth says the July free class is usually filled with college students learning self defense skills before heading back to campus.
In the class, you'll learn how to escape an attacker.
