Funeral arrangements have been announced for a teen who died after being found unresponsive at a West Virginia University frat house.
A wake will be held for Nolan Burch on Wednesday from 3-8 p.m. at the Dengler, Roberts, Perna Funeral Home on Main Street in Williamsville. He will be laid to rest following a funeral service Thursday at 10 a.m. at Calvary Episcopal Church on Milton Street in Williamsville.
Burch was found unresponsive in the Kappa Sigma fraternity house just before midnight on Wednesday. He died three days later at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
The 18-year-old 2014 Canisius High School grad was a freshman at West Virginia University. His former classmates, friends, family and community both in West Virginia and in Williamsville have held vigils in his honor.
