The building that houses the Buffalo Irish Center is 88-years-old and finding money to make major repairs was a big challenge - especially after funding from government sources was reduced.
However, the Buffalo Irish Center took a chance with a GoFundMe account to raise the funds. It turned out to be a decision that was extremely successful. Now the center is hoping to again raise money through GoFundMe to finish repairing a sinking parking lot.
