A Grand Island man on the run from law enforcement has been caught in Florida.
24-year-old Jacob Beach, wanted on sex abuse charges against a minor, was arrested Wednesday by sheriff's deputies in Okaloosa County.
Beach was indicted in October on felony counts of predatory sexual assault against a child among other sex crimes. Authorities say he never appeared at his arraignment and fled Western New York.
Beach's co-defendant, Courtney McDonnell, was indicted by a grand jury and arrested on October 25.
Beach's extradition proceedings have begun.
