Strategic Financial Solutions is hiring 1,500 people in the next 5 years at its new location on Lawrence Bell Drive in Amherst.
It's primarily hiring entry level positions such as sales associates, negotiators, and client service representatives.
Starting salaries begin at $30,000 a year. Upper management roles are also available.
In the next two years, Strategic Financial Solutions wants to hire around 800 people.
