The Erie County Sheriff's Office will host a free child car seat check today.
The seat inspections will take place today from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Clarence Center Fire Hall on 9415 Clarence Center Road.
In a heated garage, certified car seat technicians will check seats for any damage or faulty mechanisms as well as seat installation.
