How the Adams Mark will become the Buffalo Grand Hotel

The idea behind renovating the Adams Mark Hotel started with a $60 room. 

"(I was wondering) Why is it that bad? Why was it that low? And I was intrigued," Harry Stinson, the new owner of the Adams Mark said, "What I found was the reason the rate was low was that clearly the hotel had seen better days."

It led Stinson to purchase the hotel, hoping to maximize on the 489 hotel rooms and 72 thousand feet of conference space. 

"This is for events, it was built for events."

Over the next six months, Stinson will be renovating the hotel rooms, conference rooms, and general layout of the hotel to increase the elegance. Stinson will also be changing the name to the Buffalo Grand Hotel. All in an effort to show travelers that the is not the old Adams Mark Hotel. 

"(I hope) it's the place you automatically think of to put on something special."
