Filling out FAFSA forms can be one of the most tedious parts of the college application process. The Department of Education is trying to make things easier by offering a way to file right from your phone.
The new app, My Student Aid, allows filing right on your phone. The FAFSA website also began sporting a new "mobile-friendly" design that's designed for easy use on a smartphone or tablet.
What hasn't changed, however, is the number of questions you have to answer. Yes, that's all 100 of them.
Experts recommend that the form is submitted as early as possible since aid is determined ona first-come, first-served basis.
