The hunter accused of shooting and killing a woman in Chautauqua County has been re-indicted less than one month after his case was dismissed.
Thomas Jadlowski was arraigned Monday on a two-count indictment alleging Manslaughter and Hunting after Hours.
Prosecutors say Jadlowski shot and killed 43-year-old Rosemary Billquist while she was walking her dogs in a field behind her Sherman home the day before Thanksgiving.
Jadlowski pleaded not guilty and bail was set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 property.
Last month, a judge granted an appealby the defense to dismiss the charges because the grand jury was never instructed on a lesser charge of criminally negligent homicide.
