Mozee's Ultimate Daycare, a daycare where a two-year-old girl was found unresponsive, has had its license suspended by New York State.
The state's definition of 'suspended' says, "there is evidence that the public health or a child’s safety or welfare is in imminent danger."
The girl was found unresponsive at the Glenwood Avenue facility, Monday afternoon. She's in critical condition at Oishei Children's Hospital.
Desiree Mozee is a licensed group family daycare provider.
Since October, 2014, the daycare has been cited for 20 violations.
Some of those violations include:
- not having enough caregivers for the number of children,
- issues with caregivers washing hands,
- not having a routine schedule for kids
- and not handling hazardous materials properly.
All of the violations are marked 'corrected' since the last inspection.
Police have not released anymore information about what happened at the facility.
No arrests have been made.
