A Tuesday afternoon traffic stop for improperly tinted windows led to a driver with an outstanding bench warrant, at least 10 active license suspensions, and approximately four and a half ounces of cocaine.
Erie County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ephriam Hunter, Jr., 38, on felony criminal substance possession and intent to sell charges after stopping his car on the ramp from Route 198 to Route 33 in Buffalo.
Hunter was also charged with felony unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He is currently at the Erie County holding Center in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.
