Having trouble with the insurance companies following the Snowvember storms? Help is on the way.
Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday that he is sending Department of Financial Services’ Mobile Command Center to Western New York between Thursday and Saturday this week to assist homeowners, renters and business owners.
The Mobile Command Center will offer help from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day for those who need help with their insurance coverage:
- Thursday – Tosh Collins Community Center at 212 Cazenovia Street in South Buffalo
- Friday – Depew Village Hall at 85 Manitou Street in Depew
- Saturday – Lackawanna Senior Center at 230 Martin Road in Lackawanna
If you can’t make it to one of these sites, call the department’s hotline at 1-800-342-3736 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
