The LeRoy Police Department has charged Andrea Harrington, 22, with one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police report that Ms. Harrington was spotted Monday afternoon on Bacon Street, in the Village of LeRoy, carrying around a 2-year-old child while highly intoxicated and having an unsteady gait.
She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the LeRoy Town Court in February.
