Jamestown Police are continuing their search for a suspect wanted for killing his estranged wife in a church parking lot.

Investigators believe Keith Robbins, 36, shot and killed Shari Robbins outside the New Creation Assembly of God Church on Prospect Street Thursday morning.

Police later located Robbins' 2004 Ford F-250 truck, but he was nowhere to be found. Detectives now want to talk to anyone who saw Robbins walk away from his vehicle after he parked it on Woodworth Avenue soon after 9 a.m. on Thursday.

The victim worked as a certified nurse assistant for Heritage Ministries.

"There are no words to express the emotions being felt around our facilities," said Heritage Ministries Executive Director David Smeltzer. "Shari had such a positive impact on the lives of so many of our residents with her loving and caring ways as both a beautician and certified nurse assistant."

Crime Stoppers is now offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Robbins.

Tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at 867-6161, Jamestown Police at 483-7537 or 911.
