The Telephone Triage RN provides coverage and miscellaneous activities as coordinated and assigned by the Nursing Supervisor to provide nursing direction to LPN’s and non-clinical staff as per regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
•Interdisciplinary team participation
•Provides Immediate Response to all calls per regulation and follow up calls as necessary.
•Maintains tracking of ER/Urgent Care visits, Hospital Admissions and discharges and provides follow up care and direction to staff as necessary.
Our ideal RN candidate will have:
•Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse
•Current NYS Driver’s license
•Ability to travel to various People Inc. locations.
