The Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court has denied John Justice's appeal for parole.

Justice was 17-years-old when he killed his parents and his brother in their home on Mang Avenue in Kenmore, then killed another man in a car crash on Military Road in a failed suicide attempt.

Justice was released from prison last year but remains in state custody at a secure psychiatric facility.
