New York State Police say they have arrested a man for Stalking in the 4th Degree.
Police say 34 year-old Matthew Haskins of Kennedy attempted to fight with the victim on Route 60 in Cassadaga, and chased him all the way from Falconer in his vehicle.
Police say during the pursuit, Haskins ran several other cars off the road. Troopers were able to pull both vehicles over just south of Fredonia and arrest Haskins.
Haskins will be arraigned in the Town of Stockton Court. He is currently at the Chautauqua County Jail.
