Buffalo’s sports teams have an official beer, an official ice cream flavor, and now fans can enjoy an official “One Buffalo” cupcake.
The treat, created in partnership with Grand Island’s Baked Cupcakery, is a caramel cake with sponge candy topping and chocolate covered pretzels.
“Cupcakes, many people know, are very dear to my heart,” Kim Pegula, CEO of Pegula Sports and Entertainment, playfully announced during a press conference.
“I’m very happy to have a family owned business, someone here in the community who is doing their part. I couldn’t be happier,” Pegula said.
The One Buffalo cupcake announcement was made on National Sponge Candy Day.
