A shortened version of the holiday classic, Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker, and a Buffalo original are on the playbill for dancers in the Greater Buffalo Youth Ballet.
Ranging from age five to 18, the dancers have been practicing for weeks to perform "Three Wishes," an original play that tells the story of a poor girl who is taught the joy of giving by a magical wizard.
The performance is December 17th at 2 p.m. at Sweet Home Middle School. Tickets can be bought here.
