BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The United Irish American Association announced Monday the 2021 Saint Patrick's Day Parade on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo is canceled.
The parade was scheduled for March 14, 2021.
On its website the association said in part:
"The UIAA has made the hard decision to cancel the Buffalo Saint Patrick’s Day Parade scheduled for Sunday, March 14th on Delaware Avenue. We take very seriously our responsibility to help flatten the coronavirus curve to keep our community safe."
The association plans to hold the next parade on March 20, 2022.
