BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say a 22-year-old man is dead following a shooting believed to be near West Utica Street and Elmwood Avenue just after midnight.
Investigators say the man arrived at Buffalo General Hospital shortly after midnight and later died.
