'A Charlie Brown Christmas,' the holiday special that has warmed millions of hearts since its debut in 1965, will air Thursday at 8 p.m. on 7ABC.
The animated classic from Peanuts creator Charles Schulz follows Charlie Brown's search for the true reason for the season in an increasingly commercialized time of year.

The half-hour special features an iconic score by jazz musician and composure Vince Guaraldi.
And unlike most productions at the time, it actually used children to voice the roles of child charactersCharlie, Lucy and the gang - giving the production an authentic touch that feels as warm and cozy now as it did 54 years ago.
