BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo Bills are getting ready to battle the Denver Broncos Sunday and fans should keep their eyes on the sky over New Era Field at game time.

As part of the pregame ceremonies four A-10 attack jets from the Maryland Air National Guard will do a flyover of the stadium at the end of the National Anthem.

The group taking part in the flyover arrived at Prior Aviation Friday morning and one of those pilots spent a lot of time hanging around the Buffalo Airport when he was a kid.

Wes Dixon, the grandson of the late Jack Prior whose aviation business has been operating at the airport for 60 years, will be a pilot of one of the jets.

Flying is in the family's blood thanks to Jack.

Along with being a pilot for United Airlines, Dixon has served three tours of duty in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria.

Dixon says it's a pleasure and an honor to come back to his family's hometown to represent the U.S. Military here at the Bills game.
