BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man accused of murder who was out on bail, had his bail revoked Friday morning and he is back in custody.

Shane Casado was released from jail last week on $175,000 bail.

In November, 24-year-old Casado was arrested for murder after police said he fatally shot girlfriend Rachael Wierzbicki on Edson Street in South Buffalo.

According to the Erie County District Attorney's office, there was something found during their discovery process, leading them to ask the judge to reconsider bail.

"To the best of our knowledge, he is not employed by the entity that said they would take him back, namely Community Services for Every1," a spokesperson said.

Going back to work, where he was working, was a condition of Casado's bail.
