ALBANY, N.Y. (WKBW) — Starting at 8 p.m. Wednesday, all essential workers with direct interaction with the public, must wear a face mask provided to them by their employer.

They must be wearing a face mask, while in direct contact with the public, until further notice.

This stems from an executive order signed by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Sunday, April 12th.

The governor says all employees present at the workplace shall have face coverings provided by their employers, when in direct contact with members of the public.
