BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man has admitted to shooting and killing his wife, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office.
Prosecutors say 47-year-old Allen Kazmierczak pleaded guilty on Tuesday to murder in the second degree.
Kazmierczak shot and killed his wife, 52-year-old Melissa Kazmierczak, in August 2019, inside their home on Stanton Street.
Kazmierczak faces 25 years to life in prison. He is expected to be sentenced on December 7, 2020.
