BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra is taking its talents on the road to sunny Florida.

The BPO will present five concerts in the sunshine state from March 30 to April 4 with stops in St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, West Palm Beach, Sarasota and Vero Beach.

The world-renowned orchestra will play under the direction of JoAnn Falletta, who recently won her third Grammy Award for a recording with the London Symphony Orchestra. Italian pianist Fabio Bidini, who has performed with the BPO several times in the past, will join the tour as a guest soloist.

Western New Yorkers will be able to enjoy the tour program at Kleinhans before the orchestra hits the road. The BPO will present two concerts this weekend - Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. A pre-concert talk, included with the price of admission, will take place one hour before each concert at Kleinhans.
