BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing vulnerable person.
59-year-old Annette Foster is a Black female, who was last seen wearing black pants, black boots, and a beige sweater/jacket. Foster was last seen in the 200 block of Roslyn Street in Buffalo.
Anyone with information regarding Foster's whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
