BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say a dead body was discovered in the basement of a home on Lower East Lane, Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators say the body was found just before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police announced Thursday the death of an 18-year-old Buffalo man has been ruled a homicide.
Erie County Medical examiners will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
