BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say the victim of a shooting was found in the area of Fillmore Avenue and the Kensington Expressway ramp early Saturday morning.
Police say a 24-year-old man was shot and transported to ECMC around 2 a.m.
He listed in fair condition.
Officials are continuing to investigate where the shooting occurred.
