BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police are investigating a deadly double shooting in the 100 block of Erb Street.
Police say the call come in just after 3:40 p.m.
According to police, two people were struck by gunfire.
The 42 year-old victim has been identified as Latashia Robinson, of Buffalo. She died at the scene of the shooting. A 24 year-old, identified as Shaquille Malone, of Buffalo is in fair condition at ECMC.
The crime remains under investigation.
