BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Baitz Avenue.
Police said around 7:10 p.m. Monday a 29-year-old man was shot while in an apartment on the first block of Baitz Avenue.
He was transported to Mercy Hospital and police described him as stable.
