BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police said they have arrested 66-year-old James Allen, the suspect in a stabbing on Cambridge Avenue that occurred around 1:40 p.m. Friday.
Police said he is is the victim's boyfriend, charged with assault, harassment, and "other charges."
Police said the female victim is in critical condition at ECMC.
