BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say the incident involving a dead body found on Kilhoffer Street early Wednesday morning has been ruled a homicide following an autopsy.
Police say a 50-year-old Buffalo man died from multiple stab wounds outside a home on Kilhoffer Street.
The man has not yet been identified.
