HAMBURG, N.Y. (WKBW) — Western New Yorkers are looking to spread the Buffalo Strong spirit to Texas.

The Watermark Wesleyan Church in Hamburg is collecting water, blankets and nonperishable foods to send to people continuing to struggle without power in Texas. They're also looking for volunteers to help load the trucks that will drive the donations.

You can drop off contributions at the church from noon to seven p.m. on Monday. The church is located at 4999 McKinley Parkway.

A local trucking company, Speed Global Services, is delivering the donations free of charge.

At least 14 million people throughout Texas continue to have difficulty accessing clean water, and so far 38 people have died.
