EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A local pilates class is raising money for an iconic Western New York movie theatre who's business has been significantly impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

Metamorphosis Pilates & Bodywork in conjunction with Gypsy Meadows Market are holding a pilates class Wednesday night to benefit the Aurora Theatre.

The pilates class is asking for a $20 donation which will go directly to the Aurora Theatre.

For your donation, you will receive the following

  • A swag bag including goodies from Gypsy Meadows Market and popcorn from the Aurora Theatre and Popcorn Shop.
  • An hour-long classical Pilates mat class taught by Amy Alexander of Metamorphosis Pilates & Bodywork in East Aurora with sound bath music provided by Nick Thurkins.
  • The warm fuzzy feeling that comes from helping your community while you take care of yourself.

The class runs from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. at 4807 Reiter Road in East Aurora.
