BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police Officer Moe Badger, of the Singing Cops duo, joined Buffalo Police Commissioner Byron Lockwood in Niagara Square on Tuesday.
Officer Badger and Commissioner Lockwood thanked a group of protesters for voicing their concerns.
