CLARENCE, N.Y. (WKBW) — Clarence based brewery West Shore Brewing Company is celebrating two years of business, and also two years as the only brewery in Clarence.
"(We looked at) what areas are under serviced, everyone fights over these little pockets of land" owner Josh Dziomba said.
Since opening in Clarence, West Shore has found success in using a majority of ingredients grown locally.
"60% of our beer is locally sourced" Dziomba said, "our stuff is grown and hopped and malted within 25 miles of here."
The small brewery is even planning on renovating their current space on 10995 Main Street as they enter another year of beer making.
"We come out with something new or some varient of something new really every week" Dziomba said.
