BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Crime Stoppers Western New York says it is offering up to $5,000 regarding information leading to the arrest of the person or people responsible for a shooting on Deer Street in Buffalo.
Crime Stoppers says Christian Whitlock was shot on November 30th.
Crime Stoppers and Buffalo police are asking people with any information to come forward.
