SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WKBW) — A newspaper delivery man was arrested and charged with sexual abuse after deputies say he grabbed a woman's breast at a Walmart.
Deputies with the Erie County Sheriff's Office say the incident happened at the Springville Walmart back in February. Police investigated reports of a 58-year-old North Collins man grabbing one of the breasts of a female employee.
Surveillance footage was turned over to detectives, and investigators identified the suspect as Dennis Bertino.
Bertino was released and is scheduled to appear back in the Village of Springville Court at a later date.
