Destiny's restaurant struck by vehicle Saturday

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police say the restaurant that possibly exposed customers to Hepatitis Aearlier this month was struck by a vehicle Saturday.

According to police, Destiny's restaurant located at 2383 Fillmore Avenue was struck by a vehicle just after 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Police say the driver of the vehicle was transported to ECMC to be treated, no word on the driver's condition was available.

Police say the cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Buffalo Police continue to investigate whether two officer involved crashes Saturday morningwere related to icy conditions throughout the area, no word on if police believe weather was a cause of this crash as well.

Destiny's was cleared to reopen Thursday after a worker was found to have hepatitis A.
