NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Niagara County District Attorney confirms police in the City of Niagara Falls are investigating the homicide of a baby girl.
According to Dominique Hilson, the baby's mother, 3-month-old A'laya Foster was in the care of a "trusted" babysitter when he suffered blunt force trauma. The infant died from injuries on February 23.
The D.A. tells us no arrests have been made at this point, and Hilson says she doesn't understand why
