A family in north Boston has been left homeless after a fire.
According to fire investigators, flames quickly spread through the home on Northside Drive Sunday afternoon. Nobody was home at the time. But, a family dog died in the fire. We're told the house is a total loss.
The family has three children, and the community is trying to help them out. Donations can be made at Boston Town Hall or the Patchin Fire Hall. The children are a five-year-old boy, a nine-year-old girl, and a two-year-old girl. Additionally, a "Go Fund Me," has been started for the family.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
