DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WKBW) — City of Dunkirk police say they have safely located an elderly woman who was reported missing.
Police say 85-year-old Frances Galofaro was believed to have left the City of Dunkirk at around 10:15 a.m. Tuesday.
According to police, Galofaro had been experiencing dementia-type symptoms.
Police reported Galofaro was located safely just before 3 o'clock Wednesday morning.
