FARNHAM, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Erie County Sheriff's Office announced the individual struck and killed by a train in the Village of Farnham has been identified.
The sheriff's office said an individual found human remains and clothing along the tracks on Saturday.
On Monday afternoon the victim was identified as 63-year-old Manuel Battaglia of Derby.
