WEST SENECA, N.Y. — A 49-year-old Elma man was killed in a head-on crash on Clinton Street in West Seneca early Monday morning.
According to West Seneca police, Zachary Poisson, 32, crossed over the center line and struck a 1995 Geo Tracker. The driver, David Sion, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Poisson suffered minor, non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to ECMC.
According to police, criminal charges are pending.
